Badger Mountain South developers and Darrin Sweeney, Project Advisor, worked with Habitat for Humanity in South Orchard Phase 1 to secure lots for two Habitat Homes. Students from Tri-Tech and community volunteers are collaborating to build the homes. We have worked closely with them to ensure their homes are designed to meet all the architectural requirements outlined in the LUDR and CCRs for South Orchard. This partnership marks the first time Habitat has secured lots within a new community in Richland. Additionally, these two homes will be the first Habitat homes in Richland in over 10 years.
