South Orchard continues to grow, and we couldn’t be more excited about what’s ahead. Phase 3 will add hundreds of new single-family lots to our community, expanding the neighborhood we’ve been building together here in the Tri-Cities.

While details are still being finalized, we’re looking forward to sharing more information soon about lot availability, pricing, and builder options for Phase 3. In the meantime, South Orchard Phase 1 and Phase 2 lots are still available.
