A few things to know.

Here’s how builders can get started.

How do I get started as a builder?

Start by reviewing the Land Use & Development Regulations (LUDR) and the community’s CC&Rs. You’ll need to submit your plans for approval before moving forward. We also recommend viewing the Badger Mountain South Master Plan.

Where can I find the design and development guidelines?

You can find a link to the City of Richland’s Master Plan on our site, along with a Level 1 & 2 review checklist. These documents outline the standards that must be met before construction begins.

Do I need HOA approval to build?

Builders must adhere to the community's CC&Rs, and some neighborhoods may have additional architectural guidelines. For questions, contact HOA Community Solutions.

Can anyone build in Badger Mountain South?

Yes. Any builder can build here as long as plans are submitted and approved under the LUDR and CC&Rs.
