Wellness has a new address in the Tri-Cities and it’s at Badger Mountain South! Kadlec Regional Medical Center has purchased 5 acres in an area we are planning for a new Health Care Campus, conveniently to be located near AVA Street and Dallas Road. We are looking at all the possibilities from medical offices, to daycares, to retail, to senior living opportunities and even wellness gardens – every way we can to integrate the idea of health from beyond “care” to a healthy community. Office and Retail
Badger Mountain South is designed to meet the local and regional retail and office needs for the growing south Tri-Cities area. We have nearly 70 acres of freeway commercial available as well as niche retail and office locations within the Wine Village, the Market Square areas, and within the newly identified Health Care Campus area.
There are a number of areas within Badger Mountain South planned for retail activity. One of the first to be developed will be along the northern tier of the Wine Village where complementary retail will be accommodated. Additionally, we plan retail within our two mixed use centers, one of them now identified as the Health Care Campus Area. We anticipate 1.8M square feet of retail along Dallas Road in our Destination Retail District, and nearly 1M square foot of other retail spaces throughout the project.
